Job summary

Staples, Inc. in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking Retail Sales Supervisors to champion customer engagement and oversee front-of-store operations.

You and the store team will focus on increasing sales, conversions and service while actively engaging customers to provide complete solutions. Provide peer coaching, own weekly sales and merchandising activities, and direct the Floor Leader in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• 1+ year of experience selling retail products or services.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience coaching a team or supervising others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts calmly.
• Honesty and integrity in handling customer and business information.
• Lift/move 10–50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to drive customer service, sales and conversion.
• Lead with focus on exceptional store experience and consultative selling.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader duties to ensure excellent customer service across store areas.
