Key Responsibilities:

• Provide peer coaching and support to enhance customer service, sales, and conversions
• Deliver an exceptional store experience through consultative selling and total solutions
• Manage weekly sales and merchandising activities
• Lead as Floor Leader, guiding the team to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Implement company initiatives, adapt to changes, and perform other duties as assigned
• Support an engaging and supportive environment
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks
• Assist with operational tasks alongside the General Manager
• Coach team members on behaviors that drive results and customer satisfaction

Essential Skills and Experience:
