Job summary

International Shoppes, Llc. in Houston, TX seeks a full-time Retail Sales Supervisor to manage operations of designated areas and drive sales while delivering high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, ensuring POS operations, loss prevention, merchandising, and adherence to company policies. The role requires at least 3 years of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of retail experience.
• Minimum one year of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience in customer service or selling is preferred.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus (Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, French, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Russian, Portuguese, Turkish).

• Delegate tasks and follow up to ensure completion.
• Observe and provide feedback of associate performance.
• Motivate associates to perform at a high level.
• Train employees to interact with clients in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Must present professional appearance while interacting with clients

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for eight hours per shift
