Job summary

Staples in Crestview, FL is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to champion customer engagement and oversee front of store operations. You will focus on increasing sales, conversions and service while engaging customers to provide total solutions.

Hiring immediately with flexible hours. Responsibilities include coaching the store team, driving weekly sales, merchandising, and directing the Floor Leader to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Lead role, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience in all areas of the store.

• Remain available and always support an engaging environment.
• Complete daily tasks for merchandising and sales opportunities within the store.
• Assist with completing and delegating operational tasks in partnership with the GM.

• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
