Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead a commission-based sales team in a dynamic showroom. You will coach staff, drive customer engagement, and uphold Bob’s Way values in a fast-growing omni-channel environment.

You will mentor team members, run huddles and drills, execute sales strategy, ensure showroom readiness, and partner with store leadership to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a customer-focused retail environment.
