Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a personable Stylist to act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor in Cincinnati. You will provide personalized styling guidance, share product knowledge, and help customers express their authentic selves.

Collaborate with your team to meet store goals and create a welcoming, omnichannel experience. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of customer-focused sales experience, a hospitality mindset, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year Sales Associate or customer-focus experience
• Ability to work 20 hours a week
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
• Enjoys communicating and building relationships
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bring your personal style and positive energy to the sales floor

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and engage with customers to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants
• Offer customers personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
