Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Associate to assist the store management team with daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and manage merchandising in our DTLR store.

You will support shipments, restocking, pricing, loss prevention, and cash handling while maintaining a neat, fast-paced sales floor. A flexible schedule and willingness to work across district stores are required.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with products and provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Support store management with daily operations and merchandising.
• Handle shipments, restocking, and pricing.
• Protect store assets by following loss prevention policies.
• Balance cash and follow POS procedures.
• Maintain neat and orderly sales environment.
• Work 35–40 hour weeks across the district stores.
