Qualifications

• 16+ years of age (or as allowed by role) and eligible to work in the US.
• Prior retail, stocking or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment safely following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop.
• Help customers locate items, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Restock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and maintain display standards.
• Support across departments and maintain backroom organization.
• Handle inventory tasks and adapt to shifting priorities throughout the shift.
