Albertsons Companies Inc. operates Safeway stores in California and seeks a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will help customers find items, restock shelves, and maintain welcoming displays across departments.

The role emphasizes fast-paced activity, attention to pricing and labeling, and adherence to safety guidelines while assisting customers and supporting store operations.

Formación

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age or older, depending on role requirements)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsabilidades

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop across different areas of the store
• Help customers locate items, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment
• Restock shelves, rotate products, and maintain backroom organization
• Ensure pricing and signage are accurate and up-to-date
• Move between departments and tasks to stay active throughout the shift
