Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Moline, IL is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member. You’ll keep the store clean, help customers locate items, and maintain a welcoming environment across departments.

You’ll also stock shelves, rotate products, update signage, and support inventory tasks to ensure availability and accurate pricing throughout the day. You’ll move between tasks and departments in a fast-paced setting, handling equipment safely and following training guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years depending on role requirements)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop across departments
