Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will assist customers, stock shelves, update pricing, and maintain displays across departments to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The role requires standing and walking for long periods, ability to lift up to 60 lbs., and availability for flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (18+ for some roles)
• Retail/stocking or customer service experience preferred
• Operate equipment following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Read, write and follow instructions in English
• Flexible schedule incl. early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Compliance with safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized and easy to shop.
• Help customers locate items and answer questions.
• Stock shelves, rotate products and maintain backroom organization.
