Job summary

Responsibilities

• Keep the salesfloor runway ready and re-merchandise throughout the day.
• Assist customers at cashier cross-platform transactions (in-store, online, mobile).
• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers.
• Return clothing to the floor and keep the area tidy.
• Keep stockrooms organized and merchandise checked in and properly ticketed.
• Demonstrate expertise in technologies used in the store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise and asset protection standards.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards program.
