Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, stock, inventory, fulfillment, or related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-focused, team-oriented approach.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to contribute to performance goals and deliver a positive client experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when receiving, processing, and storing merchandise.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Comfort using POS and inventory systems and learning operational procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shipment periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, identify their needs, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations and styling support.
• Drive sales through active engagement, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Meet or exceed store sales goals, KPIs, and conversion expectations.
• Maintain stockroom organization and inventory accuracy.
• Receive, unpack, inspect, count, tag, and process incoming merchandise.
• Replenish the sales floor and collaborate with the team to fulfill client requests.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, shipments, and general store upkeep.
• Process POS transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, per cash-handling procedures.
• Follow all company policies and loss-prevention guidelines.
