IKEA in West Sacramento, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to assist customers, advise on home furnishings, and keep the sales floor welcoming.

You will guide customers to top products, assemble displays for new arrivals, and support a positive shopping experience while working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

• 1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector.

JOB TYPE - Permanent

HOURS - 34-40 hours per week /Benefits Eligible

SHIFTS - Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Work schedules are published one month in advance

The pay range for this role is $21.93-$30.98/hour
