• Our specialists earn an hourly base pay of $20.00, with additional commission and incentives targeting total hourly earnings of $25.40.
• Part-time work with full-time benefits: Employees working at least 20 hours per week are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and discounts on Spectrum services depending on location.
• This is a part-time, entry to mid-level retail sales role focusing on wireless, TV, and internet products in the communications and entertainment technology sector. Opportunities for advancement and generous commissions are available.
• Our Retail Sales Specialists are organized, digitally savvy communicators with a competitive spirit, eager to learn and grow. Wireless sales experience is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Wearing a uniform as required
• High School Diploma or equivalent

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• 1-5 years sales experience
• Knowledge of current technology and devices
• Experience in commissioned sales
• Retail or wireless sales background
• Valid driver's license

The base pay ranges from $18.00 to $29.52, influenced by skills, experience, and location. Incentives such as bonuses may also apply.
