Since 2005, Pat's Place Child Advocacy Center has served as a multidisciplinary hub, bringing together detectives, child protection workers, medical and mental health providers, and prosecutors to respond collaboratively to child abuse allegations. Our mission is to protect and heal children, unite key partners, and engage the community to end child abuse.
Position Title: Client Services Specialist - Bilingual Preferred (Part-time / Non-exempt)
Reports to: Sr. Director of Administration
Starting salary: $17.50 / hour
Work Hours: Approximately 16 hours per week (2 weekdays, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) with opportunity for additional shifts; may include some evenings). All work will be onsite and in-person.
Position Summary
The Client Services Specialist (CSS) at PPCAC provides client, family, and agency support in The Healing Center and the Response Services Program. The Client Service Specialist greets children and families at both sites and welcomes partners and visitors to the Center. The CSS ensures a child-friendly environment for children and families receiving services at Pat's Place Child Advocacy Center. The CSS ensures safe and efficient client and visitor access to the building, uses trauma-informed skills to support and maintain the safety of children and caregivers in common areas, provides administrative support and assistance to program personnel, and assists in special projects related to the work and mission of Pat's Place. CSSs may work rotating shifts with variable hours, including 1-2 evenings per week.

Pat's Place Child Advocacy Center recognizes a 37.5-hour work week. Expected to work on-site unless negotiated with direct supervisor. Travel between two agency sites may be required for daily job duties.
