Job Summary

Your primary responsibility would be in-store sales and training at Sephora! The ideal candidate loves the Sephora environment and has a strong background in the beauty industry. Energy and passion for skincare and the brand is critical! You love learning and are always excited to train staff members, as well as teaching and guiding customers.

Job Description

• Customer service and education: Delivering exceptional customer service to all customers is our top priority!
• Sales: it's important to consistently achieve and deliver sales goals.
• Relationship-building: Develop excellent in-store relationships with management and staff, finding new ways for the brand to be presented in store.
• Leadership: Support in-store retail event execution, GWPs, spa cabin bookings, etc.
• Stock and VM checks: Keep shelves clean and fully stocked, replenish testers, report out-of-stock inventory for prompt restocking.
• Reporting: Weekly updates to ensure goals are met and issues are addressed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail, sales, or beauty industry experience, preferably in skincare
• Beauty Therapy Qualification is an advantage
• Passion for skincare
• Strong product knowledge, brand messaging, and selling skills
• Experience in open-sell environment
• Self-motivated, committed, goal-oriented
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends

Work Location, Territory, and Work Week

• In-store role based in Kansas City, MO
• Part-time, 20-25 hours/week
• Schedule set by supervisor, with at least 3 weekends per month
