Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for Hisense products to engage customers, understand needs and budgets, and provide expert service and recommendations. You’ll keep product knowledge current through trainings and certifications and help customers feel excited and confident about their purchases.

In this role you’ll drive sales in your department, complete transactions, stay updated on promotions, and uncover customers’ long‑term tech needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics

Job description

As a Retail Sales Specialist for our Hisense products, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge of Hisense products through required trainings, certifications and self-development. In this role, you’ll make our customers feel excited, confident and appreciated by providing them with relevant and memorable solutions.
