Job summary

Best Buy seeks a Retail Sales Specialist for Hisense products to engage customers, understand needs and budget, and offer expert recommendations. You’ll stay current on Hisense products through trainings, certifications, and self-development, ensuring customers feel excited and confident in their purchase.

You will contribute to a strong customer experience by completing transactions, maintaining department merchandising, and leveraging promotions to drive growth.

As a Retail Sales Specialist for our Hisense products, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge of Hisense products through required trainings, certifications and self-development.
