Job summary

Best Buy in California is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for Hisense products to help customers identify needs, compare options and choose solutions that fit their budget and lifestyle.

You will stay current on Hisense offerings through required trainings and self‑development, deliver expert recommendations, work collaboratively with teammates and strive to create exciting, confident, and memorable shopping experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics.
• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.

As a Retail Sales Specialist for our Hisense products, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge of Hisense products through required trainings, certifications and self-development. In this role, you’ll make our customers feel excited, confident and appreciated by providing them with relevant and memorable solutions.
