Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to be the face of Spectrum in Fairfax, VA. You will promote Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice to customers, helping them choose the right solutions while delivering a welcoming, service-focused in-store experience.

You’ll work in a fast-paced team, aim to meet sales goals, and best-in-class customer care. A high school diploma is required; prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Strong comfort with personal technology and computer applications.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• 1-5 years of sales/customer service experience (preferred).
