Responsibilities

• Produce and give extraordinary customer service, help customers entering the store and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track sales.
• Uphold company policies and standards per manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations: work lists, clean-up, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods per knowledge manual.
• Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues with management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
• Protect assets and financial information by following internal controls and reporting fraud risk.
