Job summary

Charter Communications, operating as Spectrum, seeks a Retail Sales Specialist in Michigan. You will be the face of our brand, promoting and selling Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice to existing and new customers.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer care and driving sales in store locations. You will support customers with product education, maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing and promotions, and work to exceed daily sales goals while upholding a welcoming store

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to customers.
• Enhance the customer experience and meet sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers on product value.
