Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to promote and sell our broadband, TV, and mobile services to existing and new customers. You’ll be the face of Spectrum, enhancing the customer experience at every store location.

With a base pay of $18.00/hour and potential to earn up to $22.50/hour through commissions, you’ll have opportunities for career growth while delivering excellent service and meeting sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with goal- and incentive-based environments.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; capable of multitasking in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to customers in-store.
• Meet sales, service and operational goals while delivering excellent customer care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing and promotions.
• Provide a welcoming store atmosphere and assist customers with inquiries and issues.
