The role covers stock handling, store presentation, and basic inventory tasks, with generous commission on sales. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required; weekend and public holiday availability is expected.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist to join their team in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products and solutions to drive sales. The Sales Specialist will also contribute to maintaining store presentation, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer. This is a key position within the store, requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to sales. We are looking for someone who can build rapport with customers and contribute to the overall success of the retail outlet in Queenstown. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about our products and services and eager to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
