Job summary

Staples in Mansfield is seeking Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and via the kiosk. You’ll help customers find total solutions while contributing to a fun, team-oriented retail culture. Training is provided and hiring is immediate.

You will create a positive environment, stay knowledgeable about products, and respond quickly to customer needs on the sales floor, with opportunities to grow and advance within the Staples team.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs.
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously.
• Preferred but not required: experience selling products or services.
