Job summary

Staples in Brockton, MA is hiring Sales Specialists to help customers find total solutions in-store and through the kiosk. You’ll be part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture with training provided.

You’ll create a welcoming environment, stay current on technology products, and respond quickly to customer requests on the sales floor. Flexible part-time hours, weekly pay, associate discounts, and other benefits are available.

• Be flexible with responsibilities (cashier, merchandising, returns, etc.).

Sales Specialists provide exceptional customer service in helping our customers find a total solution both in-store and through the kiosk. You'll have our customers' needs in mind as you provide solutions. You will also be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. Essential skills and experience:

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs

• Strong customer service experience

• Demonstrated ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs

• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment

• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner

• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information

• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously

• Preferred but not required: experience selling products or services
