Job summary

Staples in Los Angeles is seeking Sales Specialists to provide exceptional customer service and help customers find total solutions in-store and through the kiosk. You’ll keep customers’ needs in mind while contributing to a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

Hiring immediately with training provided. You will learn technology products and services to offer complete solutions, respond quickly to requests on the sales floor, and support the Tech department in achieving key metrics.

• Be flexible on various responsibilities (e.g., cashier, merchandising, returns, other duties as assigned).

Essential Skills And Experience

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs
• Strong customer service experience
• Demonstrated ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
• Preferred but not required: experience selling products or services
