Job summary

Staples, Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking Sales Specialists to provide exceptional customer service and help customers find total solutions in-store and through our kiosk. Training is provided and hiring is immediate, with a focus on a friendly, team-oriented retail culture.

You will contribute to a positive store environment, learn product offerings, and deliver fast, knowledgeable service while meeting key sales metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.

• Be flexible on various responsibilities (e.g., cashier, merchandising, returns).

Essential skills and experience:

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs

• Strong customer service experience

• Demonstrated ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs

• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment

• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner

• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information

• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously

• Preferred but not required: experience selling products or services
