Job summary

Staples is hiring sales specialists to provide exceptional customer service in-store and via the kiosk. You’ll meet customers’ needs by offering total solutions, with an emphasis on teamwork and a fun retail culture. Training is provided and interviews may be scheduled quickly after applying.

Roles include assisting customers, learning products, and supporting cashiering, merchandising, and returns as needed. The position is part-time with benefits and growth opportunities.

Essential Skills And Experience

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs
• Strong customer service experience
• Demonstrated ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
• Preferred but not required: experience selling products or services
