Job summary

Staples in Titusville, FL is seeking a Sales Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and help customers find total solutions in-store and via kiosk. You’ll be part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture with immediate hiring and training provided.

You'll create an inviting environment, stay current on tech products, and respond quickly to customer requests while supporting merchandising and cashier duties as needed. Staples sponsorship is not provided for this role.

You’ll have our customers’ needs in mind as you provide solutions. You will also be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. Essential Skills And Experience

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs
• Strong customer service experience
• Demonstrated ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
• Preferred but not required: experience selling products or services
