Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing needs, offering tailored product recommendations, and ensuring a positive, professional in-store experience. The role also involves maintaining product displays, staying current on product features and promotions, processing sales transactions accurately, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals. The Retail Sales Specialist collaborates with colleagues and leadership to support marketing initiatives, uphold brand standards, and contribute to a high-energy, customer-centric environment.
