Job summary

PMG Carolinas LLC is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver exceptional service in our store. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and help with merchandising, daily cleaning, and other tasks to keep the floor running smoothly.

Requirements include a high school diploma (preferred) or equivalent, reliable transportation, schedule flexibility, and comfort with using a mobile device for communication. Previous cash handling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience desirable.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible scheduling required.
• Must be able to use a mobile device.
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and bend.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
• Operate cash register, cash handling, and shift paperwork.
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking.
• Cooler Merchandising.
• Vendor Check-Ins.
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management.
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed.
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect.
• Support Management with other assigned tasks.
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning.
