Job summary

PMG Carolinas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience while operating the cash register and handling daily store tasks. Preferred candidates hold a high school diploma or GED and have cash handling and merchandising experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or currently enrolled in high school.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to lift, stand, and bend is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Operate cash register according to PMG standards and handle cash, lottery, and shift paperwork.
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking and Cooler Merchandising.
• Vendor Check-Ins and communication of daily issues with Management.
• Ensure PMG safety and operational policies are followed.
• Support Management with other assigned tasks.
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning.
