Job summary

Holy Ship LLC is seeking a Team Member for our retail locations in Texas. This role is on-site and can be full- or part-time, reporting to the Center Manager.

You will serve customers across printing, shipping, packaging, freight, mailboxes, and other small business services, with opportunities for advancement into Team Leader and beyond. The ideal candidate loves customer service, has sales experience, strong computer skills, and a professional, friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Becomes proficient in all customer offerings across print, shipping, packaging, and small business services.
• Identify customer needs and educate on solutions; close sales.
• Educate customers about other services and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain store environment and visuals; handle daily cleaning and merchandising.
• Provide extravagant service and greet customers within 5 seconds.
