Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, run the register, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. You will handle cash, stock shelves, and assist across departments, including deli, as needed.

Ideal candidates have basic math skills, reliability, and a willingness to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced retail setting. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Basic math skills.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Sell lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol in compliance with age verification and laws.
• Upsell customers to increase sales when appropriate.
• Keep store interior and exterior clean and safe, including restrooms and pump area.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise presentable.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including windows and entryways.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a supportive team player.
