The Finish Line in Concord is seeking a Store Associate to support daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help shape store success and contribute to our growth through active engagement with customers and merchandise execution.

Responsibilities include creating memorable shopping experiences, driving sales, managing inventory, and maintaining store standards. A flexible schedule, weekend hours, and strong customer service are essential components of the role.

Formación

• Proven experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric mindset focusing on delivering outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work fast-paced and multitask.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and high standards of service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Handle inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales and operational goals; follow policies and health/safety rules.
• Assist with additional duties and projects as required.
