JD Finish Line in Philadelphia is seeking a personable Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will help drive sales, manage inventory, and execute visual merchandising while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires strong communication, a team-oriented mindset, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience is a plus and a friendly, proactive attitude is essential.
