Job Description

Location: Stanwood, WA

Astound Broadband, the sixth-largest telecommunications provider in the United States, is seeking Retail Sales Representatives I, II, or III to provide outstanding customer service and support. This role involves communicating product benefits, resolving customer inquiries, and supporting sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Sell target products and packages, explaining system prices, channels, and services
• Demonstrate products and services to customers at the retail center
• Communicate current promotions and offers
• Build rapport with visitors and match them with suitable packages
• Review and upgrade customer services as appropriate
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain a professional appearance and respect customer property
• Process orders, payments, and update customer accounts accurately
• Document sales and productivity reports timely

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer support experience preferred, especially in call centers
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and respectful demeanor
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Knowledge of cable and data products
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
• Adaptability and good judgment

Compensation and Benefits
