Job summary

CROSSMARK in Waxahachie, TX is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to promote Ferrero products across multiple stores. You will build displays, gain shelf placement, and maintain relationships with store staff and management.

Ideal candidates are energetic, personable, and capable of managing duties with professionalism while traveling within a territory. Competitive pay and day-time schedules are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Must be willing to transport required materials.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.

• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
