Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a Retail Sales Representative in Germantown, MD. You will promote Ferrero brands in convenience stores, build displays, and maintain strong relationships with store staff and management.

The role offers a daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends, weekly pay, and paid training. You will travel to multiple stores within your territory and receive mileage reimbursement along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Build displays and stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
