Job summary

CROSSMARK in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a part-time Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative to promote nationally distributed products in convenience and retail stores. You will build relationships with store management and associates, and drive shelf placement, displays, and planogram compliance.

We value energetic, personable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, with transportation to multiple stores and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Sell and build product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
