Retail Sales Representative – Part Time

MarketSource is currently seeking a part-time Retail Sales Representative to work at major retailer locations. The role focuses on increasing sales and revenue within the wireless ecosystem, including electronics, mobile phones, accessories, and digital services. As a part-time sales representative, you will proactively approach customers within retail stores, assisting with wireless product and accessory sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales:
   • Drive sales productivity and customer satisfaction by promoting various wireless products, accessories, and services.
   • Engage in side-by-side selling with retail associates.
   • Participate in in-store promotions and coordinate with relevant personnel.
   • Take part in wireless sales events at retailer locations.
2. Training:
   • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of multiple carriers' wireless products and services.
   • Attend training sessions and conference calls as required.
   • Review new product and service offerings from our client retailer.
3. Relationship Development:
   • Establish and manage key relationships within the program.
   • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with retail store management and staff.
4. Additional Job Requirements:
   • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items.
   • Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and handle merchandise as needed.
   • Perform additional duties as assigned.
