Retail Sales Representative – Part Time

MarketSource is currently seeking a part-time Retail Sales Representative to work at major retailer locations. This role aims to increase sales and revenue within the wireless ecosystem, including electronics, mobile phones, accessories, and digital services. As a part-time sales representative, you will proactively approach customers within retail locations, assist with wireless product and accessory sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales:
    • Drive sales productivity and enhance customer satisfaction by promoting various Wireless products, accessories, and services.
    • Engage in side-by-side selling with retail associates.
    • Participate in in-store promotions and coordinate with relevant personnel.
    • Take part in wireless sales events at retailer locations.
  2. Training:
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of multiple carriers' wireless products and services.
    • Attend training sessions and conference calls as required.
    • Review new product and service offerings from our client retailers.
  3. Relationship Development:
    • Establish and manage key relationships within the program.
    • Develop and sustain positive business relationships with retail store management and staff.
  4. Additional Job Requirements:
    • Ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items.
    • Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and handle merchandise as needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
