The Retail Sales Representative (RSLSREP) enjoys a fast-paced and high-energy environment. As an RSLSREP, you are the connection between the customer and the T-Mobile brand. You are fun, energetic, and passionate about the wireless industry, knowledgeable about the latest phones and competitive pricing plans. As a member of the TCC Wireless family, you have a passion for creating long-lasting relationships and meaningful connections with customers and colleagues.

Essential Functions

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers, answering phones, and assessing needs.
• Drives revenue goals by acquiring new customers, maximizing existing accounts, and identifying revenue opportunities.
• Builds relationships with customers and employees across all channels.
• Assists in opening, closing, and operating the store, including cash handling, inventory, and deposits.
• Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Maintains store appearance and cleanliness.
• Explores customer needs and supports service activations, bill payments, equipment replacements, and upgrades.
• Achieves performance metrics as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail or sales with a customer focus
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient, and empathetic
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
