Responsibilities

• Maintain customer service levels in accordance with Total Service standards
• Acknowledge and greet guests with a smile
• Assist guests in finding requested products and upsell merchandise
• Be knowledgeable about products and the Total Rewards program
• Operate register and handle all payment transactions
• Maintain store visual and merchandising standards per company guidelines
• Assist with stock, inventory counts and shipments
• Communicate daily activities to the Supervisor on Duty and shift colleagues
