• Retail sales background helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential bonus payments.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events and community engagements for brand growth.
• Engage with customers and assist with event setup or breakdown as needed.
