FirstCash Holdings, Inc. in Pooler, GA is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver friendly service, assist customers with pawn and loan inquiries, and process sales and paperwork accurately.

Compensation includes $11.00–$14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, with typical store hours from 9AM–6PM. Earned wage access, employee discounts, benefits, and 401(k) enrollment are available in eligible positions.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
