Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a friendly Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to help customers with loans and merchandise. You will engage with customers and assist with daily transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Greet shoppers, explain pawn/loan terms, process sales and loans, and maintain a tidy, organized sales floor. Prior retail experience and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are essential and must be capable of helping customers with loans and merchandise.
• Ability to interact with customers in a bilingual environment is a plus.
• Experience with cashier duties and basic math helps in handling transactions.
• Familiarity with retail checkout systems is beneficial.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following company guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
