Cash America Pawn is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Austin. Earn $14.00–$18.00 per hour plus unlimited commission potential and benefits. You’ll greet customers, explain pawn terms, process transactions, and maintain a welcoming sales floor.

This role supports loans, lending operations, and everyday store functions while delivering strong customer service. Ideal candidates are 18+, with a HS diploma or equivalent, able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable with a flexible

• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
